    Abstract:  This rigorous four day seminar, presented by John Klees (Seminar Leader) and John Bozzelli, is targeted at state-of-the-art injection molding technology, process development & optimization, plus some tooling and design tips. This seminar is specifically designed for people who want a thorough understanding of injection molding, polymers, processing, and tooling.  On-machine demonstrations supplement the classroom material, so you will be involved with actual machine operation. Relationship between hydraulic pressure, plastic pressure, cavity pressure and on-machine rheology is demonstrated so that you may mold on hydraulic or electric presses to obtain identical parts.  Emphasis is placed on tooling and practical setup procedures, which will optimize your production processes.
